THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales & Success Senior Manager to join our Partnerships team in Vienna! This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Vienna office.

Wellhub is officially expanding into Austria and Switzerland, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Partner Sales Managers in the region, you will play a key role in building our “Wishlist” strategy—identifying and signing some of the most important fitness and wellness partners across Austria and Switzerland.

This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to new markets, and directly shape our long-term success in Austria and Switzerland.

YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Austria & Switzerland, you will be responsible for the “Longtail” Partner Sales and Success strategy, managing a diverse network of gyms and studios that will power the wellbeing of our corporate users. You will:

• Define and optimize the Austrian and Swiss sales and success playbooks, ensuring a smooth transition from partner acquisition to long-term engagement.
• Implement localized onboarding and retention flows that support partner satisfaction and profitability across both Austria and Switzerland.
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to align local priorities with global expansion goals, and partner with the Head of Partnerships to set and deliver on KPIs related to network growth, partner satisfaction, and retention.
• Establish clear ways of working and scalable processes to support the growth and long-term sustainability of the partner network.
• Personally lead the most complex processes, acting as a role model for the team in high-stakes negotiations with major regional partners.
• Analyze team performance metrics—from outbound to retention activity—to identify bottlenecks and implement creative solutions that support network growth.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure local processes are effective and that our partner offering remains competitive in the regional market.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven Commercial Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management leadership, ideally within a high-growth startup, HR-tech, or the fitness industry.
• The Multilingual Requirement: You communicate with native or professional fluency in German (with a deep understanding of Austrian business nuances) and full professional fluency in English (French is a strong plus, especially for the Swiss market).
• Entrepreneurial & Agile: You’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can create your own playbook and workflows.
• Process Builder & Negotiator: You thrive on building processes and have the commercial judgment to handle complex conversations with business owners across different markets.
• Performance-Driven Coach: You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to coaching a team to meet and exceed growth and retention goals.
• Data & Tech Fluent: You are highly proficient with tools such as Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, and Excel, using data to inform your decisions.
• Supportive People Leader: You are a supportive and direct people manager who knows how to develop and motivate a high-performing launch team.
• Mission-Driven: You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the workforce in Austria and Switzerland lead happier, healthier lives.
