THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Sr. Manager, Wishlist to join our Partnerships team in Vienna! This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Vienna office.

Wellhub is officially expanding into Austria and Switzerland, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As the first Partner Sales & Success Senior Manager in the region, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up—managing both the acquisition and retention of the wellness providers that will power our network. This is a rare opportunity to take on real leadership ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to new markets, and directly shape our long-term success in Austria and Switzerland.

YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Austria & Switzerland, you will be responsible for the strategic acquisition and management of top-tier gym chains and boutique studios across the region. You will:

• Identify and sign key “Wishlist” partners across Austria and Switzerland, helping build the anchor foundation of our regional network.
• Lead high-level commercial discussions and multi-stakeholder negotiations, navigating complex deals involving coordination with Legal, Finance, and Value Management teams.
• Manage and forecast a strategic sales pipeline, ensuring we meet network density targets for a successful market launch.
• Drive the positioning of Wellhub by applying our global strategy to the Austrian and Swiss markets, ensuring agreements are sustainable and mutually beneficial.
• Work closely with strategic partners on integration topics (API, access control, booking) to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Own key partner relationships end-to-end, from initial conversations through to signed agreements and long-term collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as CX and Finance to ensure a smooth onboarding process for high-profile partners.
• Contribute to establishing Wellhub as a trusted partner for leading fitness brands in Austria and Switzerland, securing the anchor partners that support our corporate growth.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven Enterprise Deal-Maker: You have 5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record in complex, high-value negotiations.
• The Multilingual Requirement: You communicate with native or professional fluency in German (with a deep understanding of Austrian business nuances) and full professional fluency in English (French is a strong plus, especially for the Swiss market).
• Entrepreneurial Builder: You’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can create your own playbook and workflows.
• C-Level Communicator: You enjoy simplifying complex topics and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders across different markets.
• Analytical & Solution-Oriented: You have strong analytical skills and take a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to resolving challenges and moving high-stakes deals forward.
• Target & Metric Driven: You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to securing strategic partners aligned with our long-term growth objectives.
• Tech Proficient: You are comfortable using tools such as Salesforce CRM and Excel to manage pipeline and inform strategic decisions.
• Mission-Driven: You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the workforce in Austria and Switzerland lead happier, healthier lives
