About the Job

“Nothing happens until someone sells something”. We experience it all the time: the smartest founders with the best product ideas will fail if they can’t figure out how to scalably grow their business. With our own experts in all things revenue, we are determined to support companies within the A11 Ecosystem by building and providing industry-leading expertise throughout their entire commercial funnel.

As a (full-time) Growth Associate, you’ll join our Sales & Go-To-Market team, currently made up of 11 colleagues. They are a group of experts determined to scale the Go-To-Market (GTM) motions of a diverse set of clients across industries, stages, and business models. In this role, you’ll support various companies within the A11 Ecosystem, helping them succeed across a wide range of commercial topics, with the mission to develop you into the commercial leaders and founders of tomorrow.

The team delivers industry-leading expertise covering different areas with focus on Sales, Growth, GTM Strategy, RevOps & Commercial Transformation. Current Growth Associates have acted as e.g. Founders Associate at EU's largest seed investment in defence ($9M, Arx) and led the market entry into Germany for Dalma ($20M series B). Former Growth Associates are now working as Chief of Staff at a German solar unicorn, as General Manager UK for an online printing company or as VP Sales & GTM at A11
