- Work closely with PM’s and internal stakeholders to ensure products have the needed operational support from inception, to long term product maintenance
- Lead and manage cross-functional efforts to diagnose and prioritize root causes of user/product issues, coordinating closely with stakeholders like product, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure action.
- Conduct and own customer interviews, gather feedback on features, and ensure product support needs are accurately assessed and fulfilled.
- Drive policy changes related to compliance, delinquency, and charge-off reporting; maintain detailed documentation and product changelogs for transparency and operational efficiency.
- Own the end-to-end product quality across product pods by identifying gaps, influencing prioritization, and driving cross-functional solutions.
- Manage product partners and vendors, including onboarding, QA, and SLAs.
- 5+ years of experience in B2C Tech, Product, Operations, Consulting, or a fast paced start-up environment
- 1+ years of experience as a people manager.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Experience managing vendors against SLAs.
- Analytical experience, and ability to diagnose and prioritize product issues in a fast-paced environment.
- A track record of running launches and and driving process improvements for long-term operational success.
- Strategic thinking, and demonstrates ability to communicate long-term product strategy.
