Notice Regarding Hasbro’s use of AI in the Recruitment Process

We use Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare your application against our job requirements.

How it works: Talent Matching compares information from your resume and application responses with job-related criteria established and weighted by Hasbro’s recruiting and hiring teams. Depending on the role, these criteria may include relevant skills, work experience, prior job titles, and industry experience. The tool then assigns a match category to help organize applications for review.
