Translate complex and nuanced analytical findings into clear, concise insights for senior leadership, with a strong focus on aligning recommendations with business goals.
Demonstrate ownership and depth in analysis — moving beyond surface-level metrics to uncover the "why" behind performance trends and deliver high-impact insights.
Partner cross-functionally with product, pricing, and engineering teams to scope analytical needs and validate hypotheses with rigorous data-driven approaches.

Bachelor’s degree in Data, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of relevant work experience as a Data or Business Analyst with a proven track record of manipulating and extracting value from datasets.
Experience building complex SQL queries.
Strong fundamentals in statistics and econometrics (e.g., regressions, hypothesis testing).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and analyses.
Experience with Looker, Snowflake, and Amplitude is a plus.
Inquisitive mindset with a desire to dig deeper to understand the "why" behind our data.
Why Join Us
Be part of a data-driven culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our product and business.
Enjoy opportunities for growth, learning, and meaningful impact across the organization.
