Reporting to the Director of Trade Marketing, this role will be the executional lead across retailer marketing programs—managing launches, merchandising, promotional programs, point-of-sale materials, sampling, retailer-specific campaigns, and other key initiatives from brief through in-store execution.

• Manage retail programs from kickoff through completion, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, production, installation, and post-program recaps.
• Execute new product launches, assortment expansions, seasonal programs, promotional events, sampling initiatives, and incremental merchandising opportunities.
• Manage the development and execution of merchandising, point-of-sale, and sell-in materials that effectively communicate the Momentous brand and product portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure channel programs and materials are delivered accurately and on time.
• Ensure consistent, premium Momentous brand execution across retail channels while adapting programs to retailer- and channel-specific needs.

Sales & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Serve as a key marketing partner to Sales for Target, The Vitamin Shoppe, and mass retail accounts, supporting retailer presentations, launches, promotional planning, and ongoing account priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, and other internal teams to bring channel marketing programs to market.
• Translate retailer and Sales needs into clear marketing briefs and executional priorities.
• Maintain visibility into upcoming launches, promotions, and retailer initiatives to ensure strong coordination and execution across teams.

Channel Strategy & Planning

• Translate brand and commercial priorities into retailer-specific marketing plans that support launches, promotions, and ongoing retail growth.
• Support shopper marketing and promotional calendars, ensuring programs align with key retailer moments, brand initiatives, and sales priorities.
• Partner closely with Sales to identify channel opportunities and develop marketing programs that support key account objectives.

Performance & Optimization

• Measure channel marketing performance and evaluate the effectiveness of retailer programs, promotions, and marketing investments.
• Use performance insights to identify opportunities to optimize future programs and channel investments.
• Monitor program results and share key learnings and recommendations with Sales and cross-functional partners.
• Apply learnings across retailers and programs to continually improve channel marketing effectiveness.
