About the role:

AvePoint is looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer / Technical Consultant to design, develop and support enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, system integration, troubleshooting and technical consulting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
• Build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, automated workflows and business process solutions.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, connectors, Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Develop custom extensions using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse plug-ins and PCF controls where required.
• Review existing solutions and troubleshoot issues related to security, performance, integration and maintainability.
• Manage solution deployment, environment configuration, governance and ALM/CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance, document solution designs and support testing, releases and production issues.

The ideal candidate has:

• At least 5 years of software development or enterprise application experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform development.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Good understanding of Dataverse data modelling, security roles, Power Fx and FetchXML.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise system integrations.
• Development experience in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, managed solutions, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, advise customers and deliver secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.
