Probably the least boring job you’ll ever have.

At air up, we don’t just make bottles. We unbore water with flavor by scent. It makes no sense until you try it, and once you do, there’s no going back. Behind it all are teams pushing boundaries every day. Product bends taste and design in new directions. Marketing turns ideas into moments people talk about. Operations makes sure those moments reach hands everywhere. Working here feels like stepping on stage: professionalism meets passion, curiosity meets courage. You’ll experiment, fail fast, learn faster, and actually see your ideas come to life. It's refreshingly low politics and low ego. Just smart, driven people who lift each other up and make things happen. And whatever happens, it sure won't be boring.

Welcome to air up.

Thirsty for a role at the intersection of workplace, people and getting things done? 💧

At air up, we’re changing how the world drinks water. With scent. Behind every pod is a team that works, builds and sips its way through the day at our Munich HQ. Your job? Keep our building running and shape the processes behind it. Smooth days for everyone inside. Every day.

As our Intern for Workplace & People Intern, you’ll sit right where our office meets our people. You’ll coordinate trades and service providers, keep track of appointments and be the go-to person for our subtenants. Yes, that includes chasing quotes and following up until everything’s fixed. On the People & Culture side, you’ll support recruiting, onboarding and team initiatives, and bring in your own ideas to make our office work better for everyone.

• You’ll be part of our People & Culture team in Munich, full-time and on-site five days a week.***
