Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of legal experience, in house or at a law firm. ● You have strong commercial contracting and/or other transactional experience. ● You can collaborate with other legal counsels based in jurisdictions across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. ● You are a team player who likes to collaborate and include different people to sharpen your ideas. ● You have solid people skills and will work well with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and customers from varying disciplines and cultures. ● You can work autonomously and run things like your own business. ● You are curious, ask questions, and take ownership over your learning and professional growth. ● You are self-motivated, driven, reliable, adaptable and detail-oriented. ● You have experience educating others on complex ideas, communicating them clearly, and providing additional training when necessary. ● You have the ability to structure and prioritize your work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and build and drive processes to completion. ● You are available to work from our New York office and travel to other offices periodically. ● You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
