As a Fleet Operations Coordinator, you’ll coordinate vehicle moves, work with transportation vendors, and keep records accurate. You’ll also use Excel and tools like Claude to investigate discrepancies, pull information from emails and files, and reduce repetitive work. We’ll train you on our logistics processes and systems. • Find better ways to work You spot recurring manual steps, test ways to simplify or automate them, and help the team explore how to connect workflows across systems
• Coordinate vehicle moves You schedule and track vehicle movements for new arrivals, sales, and recoveries. Follow up with vendors and internal teams when plans change
