• Build and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual and messaging consistency across internal and external teams
• Ensure all creative reflects the brand’s values, styling sensibility, and cultural relevance
• Oversee copy and visual alignment across platforms—ensuring tone, voice, and aesthetics reflect the brand’s unique identity and cultural fluency
• Art Department & Design Oversight

• Review and provide feedback on all outbound brand visuals; elevate execution while upholding speed and scalability
• Ensure seamless execution of campaign visuals across every channel (site, email, paid media, social) by working closely with graphic designers and content/social teams to uphold consistency and elevate storytelling
• Champion design excellence while balancing speed-to-market, encouraging a culture of high creative standards within a high-velocity work environment
