Jobdescription

Job Description

This role owns the strategy and roadmap for Patient Access Curator, the platform that brings together eligibility verification, Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) lookup, coordination of benefits, demographic data cleanup, and coverage discovery into one trusted view of a patient's access and coverage information. You will lead discovery and strategy for the platform's most complex, cross-team opportunities, and set the standard for data quality, requirements rigor, and successful launches across the Eligibility & Coverage team. You will also partner closely with the product managers who own the underlying capabilities to keep the platform coherent as those capabilities evolve.

Location

At Experian, we believe great work happens when people come together. We're focused on attracting talent in and around our designated hub locations who are open to collaborating with colleagues in person. Aligning employees to these talent markets helps foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and support long-term career growth within Experian. You will report to the Sr. Director of Eligibility & Coverage, and reside in or near one of our collaboration hubs:

Costa Mesa, CA; San Jose, CA; Allen, TX; Austin, TX; Franklin, TN; New York, NY; Schaumberg, IL; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Seattle, WA

You will have opportunity to:

• Own strategy and roadmap for the Patient Access Curator platform, setting direction for the organization's most complex, multi-threaded data curation opportunities
• Build and defend business cases with credible cost, revenue, and ROI modeling to secure investment in new data sources and curation capabilities
• Guide the platform's largest, most complex engineering bets and set the standard for discovery, requirements rigor, and launch excellence across the team
• Use AI and prototyping tools to de-risk ambiguous, cross-team, or regulated data curation work, and coach others on responsible use
• Own the organization's most strategic customer relationships around patient access data quality
• Partner with the product managers who own eligibility, coverage discovery, and payer connectivity to keep the platform coherent as those capabilities evolve
• Maintain fluency in healthcare regulatory requirements and the competitive landscape shaping patient access and identity-data curation

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of large or highly complex product areas within a portfolio
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, patient access, identity resolution, or payer data domains; direct experience with eligibility verification, MBI lookup, coordination of benefits, or demographic data matching preferred
• Experience building business cases and financial models (cost, revenue, ROI) that have secured investment in new capabilities
• Experience owning and growing strategic, executive-level customer relationships
• Experience using AI tools (chat-based assistants, agentic tools, or dev-integrated/prototyping tools), including coaching others on their use
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and data-protection requirements such as HIPAA and CMS Medicare beneficiary data rules
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (advanced degree a plus)
• Reside in, or near the designated Collaboration Hub(s) for this role.
