ABOUT BEZOS ACADEMY

At Bezos Academy, we believe all children deserve the great start that excellent early education provides, including in under-resourced communities. Our mission is to nurture the potential in every child to become a creative leader, original thinker, and lifelong learner by inventing the solutions needed to scale early childhood education. We are a unique organization that realizes our mission in two distinct ways. First, we operate a multi-state network of schools in under-resourced communities, offering quality Montessori preschools at no cost to families. Second, we invest in creating tools, products, technology, and other solutions designed to reach children well beyond the walls of our schools. We aspire to have a profound, large-scale impact on children ages zero to five. DESCRIPTION

As a Brand Designer at Bezos Academy, you will provide dedicated support to shape how families first experience a new consumer product and brand, from initial awareness through early engagement. You’ll design thoughtful brand moments across marketing and product experiences, helping parents understand what we offer, why it matters, and how it fits into their daily lives.

This role supports the launch and growth of a new, mission-driven product focused on families with young children. You’ll contribute to building the brand from the ground up by designing digital and physical touchpoints that create a clear, consistent, and emotionally resonant story as the product comes to life. You’ll collaborate closely with product designers, other brand designers, curriculum experts, and content partners to bring this experience together across channels. This full-time, 12-month limited term role offers an opportunity to help establish foundational marketing and brand systems while supporting real launches from day one.
