Didn't See a Role That Fits? We Still Want to Meet You.

Great people don't always show up exactly when we have the perfect opening for them — and we don't think that should be the reason we miss out on getting to know you. This posting is our way of keeping the door open. Think of it less as a job description and more as an invitation: tell us about yourself, and let's start a conversation, even if the timing isn't perfect yet.

We know applying into the unknown takes a bit of trust. Here's our end of the deal: we hold onto your information so that when the right opportunity does come along, a real live Team member can reach out — not the other way around.

Where You'd Be Joining Us

We've built three hubs, each with its own character, and we're growing in all of them:

• Vancouver, BC — where much of the platform, tools, and technology behind Lantern's care experience gets built, by people who care as much about craft as they do about the mission.
• Dallas, TX — home to our Care Advocates and a wide range of operations, clinical support, and business functions. This is often where our members' experience of Lantern is most directly shaped, day to day.
• New York, NY — our third hub, with teams spanning multiple functions across the business.

Whether your path is technical, clinical, operational, or something that doesn't fit neatly into a category — if you're drawn to work where the outcome is someone getting better care, we want to hear your story.

What We're Generally Looking For

Across roles and hubs, the people who thrive at Lantern tend to share a few things in common:

• A genuine care for the people on the other end of the work, even when that person is a few steps removed
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward figuring things out rather than waiting for perfect clarity
• High personal standards, paired with the humility to ask for help and the generosity to give it
• Curiosity about healthcare, technology, or both — and a willingness to learn the parts you don't know yet

What Happens Next

Your application joins our talent community rather than a specific open requisition. Our recruiting team reviews this pool regularly against roles that are opening up across engineering, care operations, and the business more broadly. When we spot a potential match, we'll reach out to start a real conversation.

Because this isn't tied to an active search, we're not able to send individualized updates on every submission — but nothing you send us goes unread, and your information stays active for future consideration. We'd rather take the time to do this thoughtfully than rush a match that isn't right.

Lantern is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and walks of life, and we're committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the members we serve.
