About The Role

We're looking for intellectually curious, driven graduate-level students to join one of our investment teams as a Quantitative Research Intern in our Singapore office.The intern will contribute to ongoing research across signal development and data infrastructure and will gain hands-on exposure to the full quantitative research process. The internship offers the opportunity to be considered for a full-time Quantitative Researcher role.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop alpha signals that combine sound economic reasoning with rigorous statistical validation
• Scout, read, digest, and implement research papers competently and efficiently
• Develop reusable research tools that make the research process faster and more robust
• Write clean, well-documented, production-quality code
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly
• Turn raw, varied datasets into clean, validated inputs for global equities alpha research

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Strong mathematical, statistical, programming, and problem-solving skills
• Financial or quantitative research experience a plus
• Hands-on experience using AI tools a plus
