Fanatics Betting & Gaming is looking for a part-time CRM Associate to support the day-to-day execution behind our Commercial CRM program. You'll help the team build, QA, and launch campaigns accurately and on time, and resolve issues quickly in a live sports environment.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that works closely with CRM, Promo Ops, Creative, Legal, and Customer Service. It suits someone who is detail-obsessed, process-driven, and comfortable owning a defined set of tasks with a flexible weekly schedule.

This is a part time position with an expected 20-30 hours of work a week.

Responsibilities

Campaign Build & Execution

• Support the Commercial CRM team by getting ahead with campaign builds across XtremePush and Movable Ink, including email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Handle campaign setup for assigned sends: audience selection, asset approval, dynamic content and personalization configuration, scheduling, and deployment.
• QA every campaign before launch, confirming links, offers, segmentation, and personalization render and function correctly across devices.
• Monitor active sends during scheduled hours and escalate or resolve deployment issues.
• Strategize and execute real time CRM sends tied to the sporting calendar and major events going on in that moment

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Partner with Promo Ops to troubleshoot customer service contacts tied to CRM campaigns and promotions.
• Investigate customer-reported issues (missing offers, broken links, eligibility questions), identify root causes, and drive resolution with the right teams.
• Surface recurring issues so the team can improve processes and reduce contact rates.
• Monitor designated Slack channels during scheduled hours for breaking developments and last-minute requests, and respond promptly.

Process & Operational Excellence

• Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation (Airtable and similar tools) so the team stays organized and audit-ready.
• Help templatize recurring campaigns and streamline build workflows.
• Use AI tools and automation where possible to speed up drafting, QA, and reporting.

Work Pattern

• 20-30 hours per week, with a rotating schedule agreed with your manager. All shifts based on ET.
• Because we operate on a live sports calendar, all scheduled hours will fall on evenings, weekends, and key game days. We'll plan these in advance and build them into your weekly hours rather than adding to them.
• Some overlap with core business hours (Monday-Friday) is required for team coordination and approvals.

Qualifications

Required

• 1+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or campaign execution across email, push, and/or in-app channels.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong QA mindset. You catch the broken link before the customer does.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, requests, and deadlines within a part-time schedule.
• A passion for sports, betting, and gaming products.
• Calm, solutions-oriented approach to troubleshooting in a fast-paced, live environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong autonomous work ethic able to execute a project end to end without immediate feedback and direction.
• Schedule requirements: Ability to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with XtremePush, Braze, or similar CRM platforms, and with personalization tools such as Movable Ink.
• Experience with Airtable or similar planning and tracking tools.
