• Assist with yearly physical inventory audits, including the Company Car Physical Inventory audit and other assigned compliance reviews, ensuring accurate counts and documentation.
• Partner with Vehicle Administration management (client) to enhance the Department Car program experience, improve reporting functionality, recommend policy and procedure updates, and develop and conduct Department Car training for all Department Car Administrators (DCAs).
• Manage IT activities for assigned areas of responsibility, including service request tracking, system support follow-up, and enhancement coordination.
• Provide backup support for assigned team member responsibilities during out-of-office periods to ensure continuity of department car operations.

• Review and approve employee timecards in accordance with MSX requirements.
• Conduct regular performance check-ins and formal evaluations for MSX team members, providing timely, constructive feedback that supports development and accountability.
• Ensure that MSX employees are meeting the expectations established by the OEM for their respective roles, monitoring work quality and professional conduct. Serve as the first point of contact if any issues arise.
