• RM Enablement & Process Improvement - Maintain CRM records, action trackers, and reporting so RMs have clear visibility of client priorities and outstanding actions. - Develop knowledge of OKX products and processes to independently handle routine enquiries and anticipate information RMs may need. - Identify recurring service issues and improve workflows to reduce administrative burden, strengthen follow-through, and improve the overall client experience.
• Commercial Support - Support RMs with research and preparation for prospective high-value clients, including understanding their business, trading or investment needs, and relevant market developments. - Support prospect follow-up and progression through the sales process, coordinating agreed next steps and maintaining momentum. - Where appropriate, support targeted outreach and initial client engagement under the direction of RMs.
