Are you an A&P Mechanic ready for a new chapter in your aviation career?

The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM), the largest aviation maintenance training school in the U.S., is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs), Aircraft Mechanics, and FAA-certified A&P Mechanics to join our team as instructors.

If you have hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance and enjoy mentoring others, this is your opportunity to step out of the hangar and into a role where you can shape the next generation of aviation professionals.

At AIM, you’ll:

• Share your real-world aircraft maintenance experience with future technicians
• Enjoy more predictable schedules compared to field work
• Make a lasting impact on students entering the aviation industry
• Continue growing your own knowledge while developing others
