About Blank Street:

At Blank Street, we’re on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation. From the very beginning, we’ve set out to add a spark to ordinary experiences through elevated products, attention-to-detail, and a commitment to making every moment memorable. We’re motivated by the millions of customers we serve across cities, and know that our potential is unlimited. It all starts with our people and their commitment to make magic happen each and every day. Like the sound of this? Keep reading.

Add a Spark to the Ordinary...

Shift Leads at Blank Street don't just run shifts, they set the standard. You're the heartbeat of the store: keeping the floor moving, holding the bar high, and making sure the team shows up as the best version of themselves every single shift. The details are the whole point — the drink that's made exactly right, the customer who leaves happier than they came in, the shift that runs like clockwork.

We’re opening in LA for the first time, and the Shift Lead role carries real weight. We expect our Shift Leads to care deeply equally for our customers and their team. We celebrate wins together, whether it’s beautiful latte art or a meaningful customer interaction. Shift Leads set the tone, building pride, energy, and a strong sense of camaraderie across the team. You're not inheriting a culture, you're building it. How this team operates, how this store feels, and how Blank Street lands in a brand new city starts with you.
