Why Aircall, Why Now

Help turn a trusted telco brand into a recognizable AI voice product, starting in our most important and competitive market. Rare opportunity, big impact: a startup mindset on top of an established, strong foundation.

Aircall is a trusted cloud-based phone solution, with over a decade of global reach across tens of thousands of customers. Over the last year, we've built on that foundation and developed an incredible agentic offering, Voice Agents and Messaging Agents, that helps customers accelerate their AI strategy with an end-to-end, omni-channel voice solution.

The product is ready for its next phase. What comes next is recognition: customers and prospects need to see Aircall as the AI voice platform, not just the phone system they already trust. This role exists to make that happen through local activations.

We have the power to help customers across a diverse array of company sizes, industry verticals, and locations harness the power of voice: both the technology human agents use to create best-in-class customer experiences, and automation and AI.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company in a regulated space (AI-proof) and help shape our US strategy for local, personalized branding across partners, customers, and prospects.

About the Role

Aircall is looking for a Senior Manager, Regional Marketing in New York to play a strategic, driving role in designing and executing the regional marketing plan for our most important and competitive geography.

You will help shape the strategy and then execute it, bringing the go-to-market team with you into our next phase of growth: AI transformation. We need a strong regional marketer to design our event program, local brand strategy, and activations. You will set the regional plan, decide where we show up and how, and be accountable for the pipeline and brand momentum it creates.

You will partner closely with Performance Marketing to track how MQLs are evolving, and educate and strategize with the GM, other regional marketing leaders, and Sales leadership. You will work alongside a counterpart in US regional marketing, dividing and conquering coverage together.

Think of this as the local CMO seat for the region: you own the plan, the budget, and the results for the geography.

We are not looking for an events coordinator. We are looking for a commercially minded marketer who works as a true partner to Sales, builds programs around revenue, and can make a national brand feel local.

What You'll Do

• Design the regional marketing plan: build and own the strategy for our most important and competitive geography, with clear targets for pipeline, brand awareness, and AI product adoption.
• Build the event and local brand strategy: as we move away from inbound paid search, design the events, local brand presence, and activations that create demand in the region.
• Evolve the brand through local activations: turn Aircall's reputation as a trusted telco into recognition as an AI voice product, through events, executive experiences, partner programs, and community presence.
• Position the omni-channel voice solution locally: bring Voice Agents and Messaging Agents to market with regional messaging, proof points, and customer stories that resonate with local buyers.
• Align the GTM team behind the plan: partner with regional Sales leadership, Sales Development, Account Management, and Partnerships so every program ties to pipeline and revenue. Educate and strategize with the GM, other regional marketing leaders, and Sales leadership.
• Partner with Performance Marketing: track MQL evolution as the mix shifts away from paid search, and adjust the plan based on what the data shows.
• Divide and conquer with US regional marketing: work alongside your counterpart to split coverage, share what works, and avoid overlap.
• Run an account-based approach: work with Sales to target priority accounts and the existing base, and design programs, including executive experiences for priority accounts, that drive both new business and AI expansion.
• Own the regional budget: manage the regional marketing budget end to end, allocate investment where it returns the most pipeline, and report on spend and results.
• Manage agencies, vendors, and venues: select and manage the partners that deliver events and activations, and hold them to budget and quality.
• Support Sales execution: equip Sales and Sales Development with the follow-up, enablement, and meeting-generation support that turn event attendance into pipeline.
• Be data driven: set clear goals, measure ROI, and track sourced and influenced pipeline, program performance, and brand momentum. Present clear narratives to Marketing and executive leadership.
• Learn from global counterparts: work with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand to adapt global campaigns for the region and feed regional insight back into global strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in B2B marketing, with significant time in field, regional, or account-based marketing at a SaaS company.
• A track record of owning a regional plan and managing a meaningful budget (allocation, vendor spend, and ROI), and of tying programs to sourced and influenced pipeline.
• A data-driven approach to goal setting and ROI, paired with the creativity to make local programs memorable.
• A deep understanding of customers, and the ability to help craft the opportunity from what you learn.
• Experience building strategy and then executing it hands-on, from plan through live programs.
• Strong partnership with Sales: comfortable working with regional sales leaders and holding programs to revenue outcomes.
• Experience running local activations such as events, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner programs that build awareness as well as pipeline.
• Experience marketing a technical or communications product, with a plus for AI, voice, CCaaS, or telco backgrounds.
• Excellent executive communication: able to turn results into a clear narrative for senior leaders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an evolving org. Experience in high-growth, VC/PE-backed environments is a plus.
• Real excitement for AI products: conviction in the story, not just willingness to tell it.
• Openness to learning from global counterparts and sharing what works regionally.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot or Marketo.
• Willingness to travel within the region and to key events (roughly 20-30%, to be confirmed).
