Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we’re scaling fast - and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our next stage of hypergrowth.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Business Development Representative at Incode, you’ll be responsible for creating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers across multiple channels. You will be one of the first points of contact between Incode and potential clients, helping introduce our identity and fraud prevention solutions to key decision-makers across enterprise organizations.

Success in this role requires a proactive outbound mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently generate pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting. Your work will directly contribute to pipeline growth, revenue generation, and Incode’s continued expansion across key markets.

Location & Work Setup

This is a hybrid role based in our Belgrade office, with team members expected to work on-site two/three days per week.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Outbound Prospecting - Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other prospecting channels.
• Cold Calling Excellence - Consistently execute high-volume outbound calling activities and confidently engage prospective customers in live conversations.
• Account Research & Prioritization - Identify high-potential target accounts and develop thoughtful outreach strategies tailored to key stakeholders.
• Discovery & Qualification - Conduct initial conversations to understand business challenges, assess fit, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
• Pipeline Generation - Create and nurture opportunities that contribute directly to sales pipeline and revenue targets.
• AI-Enabled Prospecting - Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve prospecting efficiency, research, personalization, and productivity.
• Event & Networking Engagement - Represent Incode at industry events, conferences, dinners, and networking opportunities to identify and develop new business relationships.
• CRM Excellence - Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline progression.
• Sales Partnership - Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to execute account strategies and maximize opportunity creation.

The Qualities That Set You Apart

• Cold Calling Confidence - You enjoy picking up the phone and understand that meaningful conversations are the foundation of successful outbound sales.
• Hunter Mentality - You are proactive, resilient, and motivated by creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you.
• AI-Forward Mindset - You actively embrace AI tools and continuously look for ways to improve productivity, research, and outreach effectiveness.
• Executive Presence - You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally when engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Curious & Strategic - You combine high activity levels with thoughtful account research and personalized outreach.
• Networking & Relationship Building - You are energized by meeting new people and comfortable representing the company at conferences, customer events, and industry gatherings.
• Process-Driven Operator - You manage activity, pipeline, and follow-up with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Collaborative Partner - You work effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to achieve shared goals.

Your Background

• 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role.
• Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently over the phone.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows.
• Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as part of pipeline generation efforts.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity, cybersecurity, or related technology industries is preferred.
