• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a role that combines account ownership with proactive business development.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites within the Bay Area and occasionally outside the region as required.

• Existing relationships or experience working with semiconductor, computing, data center, networking, automotive, or consumer electronics companies in Silicon Valley.
• Familiarity with industry compliance and certification ecosystems such as PCI-SIG, USB-IF, Ethernet/IEEE, or other high-speed interface standards organizations.
• Experience selling technical services or solutions involving electrical compliance testing, protocol testing, interoperability testing, validation, or high-speed signal integrity.
• Demonstrated track record of growing existing accounts while developing new customers or new business within existing customers.
