About Kensington

Kensington is the global leader in custom, private-guided luxury travel, operating in over 100 countries and generating more than $750 million in annual sales. Kensington is the flagship brand of Range Group, a portfolio that also includes Travel Edge, one of North America's largest luxury travel agency networks; Ensemble Travel; TripArc; and a growing family of Kensington-branded businesses - including Kensington Travel, which brings together Concierge, Corporate, Vacations, and Direct - spanning villas, cruise, corporate travel, and concierge services.

As we continue to expand internationally, we are seeking exceptional sales professionals to help bring Kensington's highly personalized approach to luxury travel to a growing North American client base.

Turn Your Passion into a Career

Imagine spending your day talking about extraordinary places around the world and helping people experience them in ways they will remember for the rest of their lives.

At Kensington, our International Destination Experts do much more than book travel, they serve as trusted advisors, storytellers and skilled sales professionals who design fully customized, privately guided journeys for discerning travellers. This is not a scripted call-centre or order-taker role. You own the client relationship end to end, from the first enquiry and sale, through trip planning and preparation, to supporting the client while they travel and welcoming them home. Success means not only closing the sale, but delivering an exceptional experience that builds loyalty, repeat business and referrals.

We want to hear from exceptional, internationally experienced, sales talent who bring a worldly perspective to join us remotely from Nairobi, working remotely as part of a primarily Canada and US based sales team serving North American clientele.

About The Role

As an International Destination Expert, you will receive inbound leads from clients interested in planning exceptional luxury travel experiences. From there, you proactively reach out to clients to uncover their desires from their upcoming trip, recommend destinations and experiences, collaborate with our teams around the world to build a customized itinerary, bring that trip to life through storytelling, secure the sale, and remain accountable for the client relationship throughout the entire journey. You will work closely with our internal and in destination partners to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and ensure the experience Kensington sold is the experience the client receives - from booking through to their return home.

Our clients make significant investments in trusting Kensington with their travels and expect expertise, responsiveness, insightful recommendations and highly personalized service. The sale is only the beginning of that responsibility. You remain the client's trusted point of contact, taking ownership when plans change, questions arise or something does not go as expected.

International Destination Experts manage multiple clients at once, follow up persistently, learn product and destination updates, and close sales. The work is demanding and equally rewarding.
