Billing & Invoicing Supervisor, Linear TV

Hours: 20 hours/week Hourly Rate: $75 Manager: Lori Friedman Duration: 11/16/26-12/31/26 with the strong possibility of extension and eventual switch to FTE in 2027

Overview

We’re looking for a Billing & Invoicing Supervisor, Linear TV to support spend reconciliation, vendor documentation, and market setup across our linear TV billing operations. This role works closely with a senior buyer and finance to ensure billing accuracy and proper vendor records as station ownership and market details change.

Responsibilities

• QA spend reconciliations with a senior buyer, with the opportunity to become more involved in the process over time
• Connect with TV stations to obtain updated W-9s for finance, ensuring billing is directed to the correct owner as station ownership changes
• Support the setup of new markets, including outreach for ACH and W-9 information
• Assist with sending out traffic instructions

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing, or finance operations, ideally within media, advertising, or linear TV
• Comfortable conducting vendor outreach and collecting tax/banking documentation (W-9, ACH)
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around reconciliation and vendor record accuracy
• Organized and able to manage multiple vendor relationships and markets simultaneously
• Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with external station contacts and internal finance teams
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
