The role develops and manages the project-specific Quality Control Plan, definable-feature controls, preparatory activities, inspections and tests, nonconformance and corrective-action processes, quality records, and acceptance documentation in coordination with the Project Manager, Project Executive, Superintendent, Construction Project Engineer, design professionals, trade partners, testing agencies, and client representatives. Within documented project authority, the CQC Manager accepts or rejects quality records, requires corrective action, and stops or restricts work when continuing could adversely affect quality or conceal deficient work. This role may require travel and/or temporary relocation per project assignments.
