Hey there! We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment.
Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment. Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.
Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right?
To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment! Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
What You'll Do
- Be the reference for People data insights, supporting HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams in their decisions.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports for key People metrics (headcount, attrition, compensation, performance, hiring).
- Write SQL (BigQuery) and model People data so it is reliable, documented and reusable.
- Build internal tools and lightweight apps on top of our data, using LLM-assisted development, to replace manual People processes.
- Design and validate AI-powered workflows over People data (e.g. natural-language querying, automated reporting), with a strong focus on privacy and access control.
- Own data quality and consistency across People systems: detect issues, trace them to the source and fix them.
- Keep exploring new tools and methods to raise the bar of what People Analytics can do.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics; People Analytics is a plus.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar (a Master's is a plus).
- Strong SQL and solid command of Google Sheets/Excel; experience with a BI tool (Looker or similar).
- Hands-on experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) to accelerate SQL, scripting or app development, and the judgment to review and validate their output.
- Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and turn data into recommendations.
- Care for sensitive data: you understand why compensation and performance data need special handling, especially with AI tools.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
