- Design and execute a global recruiting strategy that leverages AI and automation to drive efficiency, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.

- Implement scalable recruiting operations, tools, and systems to enable a seamless and efficient hiring process.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including time at a high-growth startup.

- Deep familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a track record of using technology to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Experience managing global recruiting teams and hiring across technical, go-to-market, and G&A roles.
- Strong operational mindset, with expertise in recruiting metrics, process design, and systems implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a hands-on approach to execution.
