WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB:

As Director of Nursing, you’ll play an important role in ensuring quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities while building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients, families, and nursing staff. You’ll contribute to a stable, established program where consistency, collaboration, and continuity of care make a lasting difference.

Unlike traditional home health, Medicare-focused home health, or high-intensity acute care environments, this role offers a primarily office-based work environment focused on clinical oversight, nursing support, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Travel is limited, with client home visits typically occurring a few times per month. This allows you to maintain meaningful connections with clients and nursing staff without the constant field travel and pace often associated with other healthcare settings.

This opportunity may be especially appealing to an experienced RN ready to transition from a demanding nursing leadership position into a more structured role where you can apply your clinical judgment, strengthen care quality, support your team, and make a meaningful impact on individuals and their families.
