THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a SMB Sales Manager to our Sales team in Romania!

This role is to join our Sales team, managing a high-value Medium SMB to Mid-Market ENT territory. As a Sales Senior Account Manager, you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal conversations and drive new-logo growth across outbound, inbound, and referral channels. Operating with high independence, you will partner closely with leadership on territory forecasting, process improvements, and peer coaching. This is a great opportunity for a game-changer candidate ready to take our sales execution to the next level.

YOUR IMPACT

• Own a larger or more complex SMB-to-ENT territory: independently manage high-volume sales cycles, demonstrating autonomy, proactive decision-making, and the ability to anticipate and address risks; carry a quota that reflects senior IC output and manage a large, complex pipeline with consistent Salesforce discipline
• Function as a growth and development leader for our local market, actively expanding the team’s thinking on new areas of growth
• Serve as a culture carrier and mentor within the team, influencing local strategy and partnering directly with leadership to drive the business forward rather than just executing existing processes
• Drive new-logo acquisition through a combination of inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, and referrals from existing SMB and ENT accounts; meet or exceed monthly new-logo and monthly ACV targets
• Handle end-to-end deal conversations independently, including competitive objections, pricing pushback, and multi-stakeholder decisions within SMB and ENT accounts, and close with standard terms
• Own pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy for the territory; prepare the personal forecast and territory analysis for weekly manager reviews without prompting; lead on team sales metrics vs. peers and regional benchmarks, setting the standard for excellence
• Contribute to team-level SMB process improvement: identify patterns in win/loss data, propose playbook improvements, and present findings to the leader.
• Apply AI fluency to automate processes and reduce manual workload for yourself and the team
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in transactional B2B sales and account management, with a proven track record of outstanding results closing deals in the local market.
• You hold a university degree or bring equivalent practical experience in the field.
• You have hands-on technical proficiency in Salesforce, sales-engagement platforms, and AI-assist tools to optimize your sales workflow.
• You are a skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to engage, negotiate, and build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across HR, CFO, and CEO levels.
