Company Description

ARE YOU READY TO TRANSFORM HOW HOTEL BRANDS AND FRANCHISE OPERATORS OPEN NEW LOCATIONS, PROTECT THEIR BRAND, AND GROW?

A hotel cannot welcome guests until it is ready to open. A franchise cannot deliver a consistent customer experience if every location follows a different process. Behind every opening, brand transition, and companywide rollout are hundreds of tasks and teams that need to execute together. Missed steps can mean delayed revenue, costly rework, and damage to the brand.

Our client helps organizations take control of that complexity.

Built by a former member of Marriott’s global openings team. Teams can establish a standard process, tailor it to each location, update work across sites at once, and see where intervention is needed. Instead of chasing spreadsheets, leaders can focus on getting locations ready and growing.

Our client has 26,000+ locations managed across 110 countries and territories. Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels, and Davidson Hospitality Group are among the organizations using the platform.

For an ambitious salesperson, the opportunity is concrete: Sell a specialized product addressing problems that affect when businesses open their doors, start earning revenue, and deliver on their brand promise. Bring recognizable customer references into conversations with new buyers, and help expand our client’s reach across hospitality and franchising.

Compensation and Benefits

• Uncapped commission on top of base.

• $5,000 annual healthcare allowance toward medical expenses and insurance premiums.

• 14 days of paid time off annually.

• 10 paid holidays, with flexibility in observance.

• 401(k) plan with company matching contributions after your first year.

Job Description

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A HUNTER WHO WILL OPEN DOORS, BUILD RELATIONSHIPS, AND WIN NEW BUSINESS.

This role calls for a hunter who wants sales ownership of a mature, category-defining product. You enjoy opening doors, asking difficult questions, following up consistently, building relationships that add value to our prospects, and converting interest into decisions.

Our client already has amazing credibility and understanding of their customers’ business like no other competing SaaS out there. Marketing support is in place, and you will walk into a role offering high-quality leads and opportunities on day 1.

You will own the full new business sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts, from prospecting through close. Average deals are $20,000+ ARR, with sales cycles of approximately 3-6 months.

Working directly with the CEO, growth marketing, and Customer Success, you will help shape the sales approach and bring new customers onto the platform.

Travel includes 6-8 conferences annually, typically 2-3 days per event, with potential international travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new business sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

• Generate pipeline through outbound calls, targeted outreach, referrals, existing customer relationships, and industry events.

• Understand each prospect’s operational challenges, buying process, and stakeholders, then deliver tailored demonstrations and a clear business case.

• Navigate complex deals involving corporate leaders, operators, franchisors, franchisees, and property teams, maintaining clear next steps and consistent follow up.

• Partner with marketing to improve campaigns and sales materials, and with Customer Success to support a smooth transition into onboarding.

• Represent our client at approximately 6-8 conferences annually, typically requiring 2-3 days away per event, with potential international travel.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, with a background in SaaS and familiarity with hospitality, franchising, or organizations operating multiple locations.

• A demonstrated record of closing SaaS deals worth $20,000+ in ARR (sales cycles of approximately 3-6 months)

• Proven ability to create your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and relationship building, with the urgency and discipline to keep deals moving.

• Strong consultative selling, discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills, including experience navigating purchasing decisions involving multiple stakeholders.

• Experience selling to hotel groups, franchisors, franchisees, or selling operations and workflow software is particularly valuable.

• Based within approximately one hour of Wayne, Pennsylvania, or willing to relocate, with availability to work in the office 3 days per week and travel domestically and internationally.
