Company Description

Lead Great Hospitals. Develop Strong Teams. Make a Meaningful Impact on Veterinary Medicine.

Are you an experienced veterinary operations leader who enjoys developing people, building strong relationships with veterinary professionals, and driving meaningful business results?

At Alliance Animal Health, we're looking for a Regional Manager of Operations to support our growing Specialty, Emergency & Urgent Care hospital network across the Mid-South region, including Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and additional markets as we continue to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinary leader who understands the unique demands of emergency, specialty, and urgent care medicine and enjoys helping hospital teams succeed.

We're looking for someone who brings both the business acumen to manage complex hospital operations and the people skills to build trusted partnerships with veterinary teams.

Who We Are

Alliance Animal Health partners with veterinary hospitals across the country, providing the operational expertise, business resources, and strategic support they need to thrive through our Joint Venture Model.

Over the last several years, we've made a significant investment in expanding and strengthening our Specialty, Emergency & Urgent Care portfolio. We've partnered with incredible hospitals and veterinary teams while building an operational structure designed around the unique needs of these businesses.

And we're just getting started!

As our network grows, so does our commitment to developing specialized resources, strong hospital leadership, and opportunities for our teams to succeed.

We recognize that emergency, specialty, and urgent care hospitals operate differently from traditional general practice. From unpredictable emergency caseloads and overnight staffing to complex specialty services and referral relationships, these hospitals require leaders who understand their distinct operational challenges.

What makes Alliance different is our commitment to preserving each hospital's individual culture and medical autonomy while providing the resources and support needed for long-term success.

Our core values of Passion, Engagement, Trust, and Service (PETS) guide how we work together and support our hospitals.

We believe exceptional veterinary medicine and strong business operations go hand in hand, and our greatest successes come from meaningful partnerships between medical and operational leadership.

The Opportunity

As our Regional Manager of Operations, Mid-South, you'll play an important role in supporting and growing a diverse portfolio of emergency, specialty, and urgent care hospitals.

You'll work directly with Practice Managers, Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, and veterinary partners to strengthen daily operations, improve financial performance, develop hospital leaders, and create exceptional experiences for clients, patients, and referring veterinarians.

This role combines hands-on operational leadership with regional business oversight. You'll spend time in hospitals, build relationships with teams, understand the challenges they face, and help develop practical solutions that improve performance.

You'll also partner closely with our Regional Vice President and central support teams to implement operational initiatives, support hospital growth, and identify opportunities across the region.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage hospitals from behind a spreadsheet. We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, coaching leaders, solving problems, and helping teams turn great ideas into measurable results.

Most importantly, we're looking for a leader who understands that successful hospitals are built through strong relationships, engaged teams, sound business decisions, and consistent execution.
