Why We Have This Role

How You’ll Find Success

• Meticulous Accuracy: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality, ensuring complex data across multiple currencies and tax laws is flawless.
• Analytical Curiosity: You don’t just move data; you enjoy using Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) to find patterns, conduct audits, and identify efficiencies.
• Collaborative Communication: You bridge the gap between different time zones and departments, creating trust through clear and proactive updates.
• Entrepreneurial Initiative: You understand the desired outcome and work independently to research evolving tax regulations or solve problems before they escalate.
• Adaptability: You thrive in a transformational environment, remaining calm and confidential while navigating the "scrappy" nature of a high-growth company.

How You’ll Grow

• Global Jurisdiction Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of payroll, tax, and labor laws across key APJ markets including Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, India, and Singapore.
• Systems Implementation: Participate in a major global payroll software rollout, giving you highly marketable technical implementation experience.
