ANINE BING is looking for a Wholesale Manager, Europe & Middle East to join our Europe & Middle East Wholesale team based in Paris.

This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Paris HQ team, the Wholesale Manager, Europe & Middle East brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to their work, supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.

Our wholesale business across Europe and the Middle East is operated through a mix of key accounts, agents, distributors, and franchise partners, and is being professionalized as it scales. The UK is a priority market within this scope. The Wholesale Manager owns the day-to-day commercial management of a multi-market portfolio end to end, from showroom sell-in to sell-through analysis and reorders, and contributes to the progressive transition of priority European markets from agents to direct distribution.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of the big picture. They’re collaborative, resourceful, and energized by building something special together.

This is a hybrid position based at our Paris HQ, with a preference for in-person work. The role reports to the EU Wholesale Director.

Responsibilities Include:

• Own the ANINE BING wholesale portfolio across assigned European markets, including the UK, and the Middle East (key accounts, department stores, multi-brand retailers, and online partners), and act as brand ambassador with partners in market
• Drive sell-in during Paris showroom seasons: prepare, present, and negotiate collections, seasonal budgets, and payment terms with senior buyers
• Prospect and open new accounts in line with the brand’s distribution strategy and premium contemporary positioning
• Steer the network of agents, distributors, and franchise / shop-in-shop partners across Europe and the GCC: targets, seasonal action plans, opening support, brand standards, and performance reviews
• Contribute to the transition of priority European markets from agent to direct distribution, from account handover to commercial and operational setup
• Manage the UK as a distinct market post-Brexit, working with Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain on pricing, duties, and delivery terms
• Own forecasting and seasonal budgets for the portfolio; track weekly sell-in, deliveries, and payments with Customer Service and Finance
• Monitor sell-through and stock levels, and implement in-season action plans (swaps, reorders, exclusive capsules, activations); build reporting tools, distribution mapping, and market analyses
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, supply chain, and visual merchandising to secure deliveries, product training, and in-store execution; manage showroom organization, sales tools, and the B2B platform (JOOR)

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in fashion wholesale, ideally within premium or advanced contemporary brands, including a proven track record as Area Manager or Wholesale Manager on European markets
• Strong knowledge of the UK wholesale landscape and key accounts; experience with Middle East partners (GCC distributors, franchise groups, or department stores) is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience managing agents, distributors, and franchise partners; exposure to an agent-to-direct transition is highly valued
• Strong command of sell-in / sell-out analysis, OTB logic, forecasting, and in-season performance management, with proficiency in B2B and ERP tools (JOOR, NuOrder, Cegid Orli or equivalent) and advanced Excel
• Fluent English and French (Italian, German, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus); confident presenter and negotiator with senior buyers and international partners
• Autonomous and structured, able to build process where little exists and travel regularly (Paris showroom seasons, London, key European markets, and Middle East partners)
• Stays curious about AI and emerging ways of working, using new tools to create more space for the creative thinking, judgment, and human connection that define exceptional work at ANINE BING

Benefits & Perks

• At ANINE BING Paris, we combine creative ambition with a people-first culture. Expect generous time off (including RTT), flexible work, private sales access, so you can live the brand as much as you build it.
• Style Perks: Enjoy a generous employee discount and seasonal wardrobe allotments, so you can live the brand, not just represent it.
