Companydescription

Company Description

RIVO is seeking a personable, technically curious Desktop Support Engineer who enjoys helping people as much as they enjoy solving technology challenges.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a great support experience, building relationships, and becoming the person employees know and trust when they need help. In a company between 250-300 employees, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact every day as one of the primary faces of IT. As our workforce includes both English- and Spanish-speaking employees, the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus and can help enhance the support experience across the organization.

While much of the role is hands-on desktop support, workstation deployment, and user administration, you'll also have opportunities to expand your technical expertise through endpoint management, Microsoft Intune administration, automation initiatives, and technology improvement projects. You'll work alongside experienced IT professionals who are invested in mentoring and developing your skills.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, continuously learning, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
