<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Concentric's Talent Acquisition team moves at startup speed, with heavy requisition loads, a high volume of interviewing, and candidates and clients who expect a high-touch, white-glove experience at every step. The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns full-cycle recruiting for a demanding portfolio of roles and is expected to keep pace without letting quality or candidate experience slip. This role works in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Global Talent Acquisition Manager, drawing on their guidance for complex searches while independently driving the day-to-day recruiting process.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Deliver a consistently high-touch, white-glove candidate experience through prompt follow-up, clear communication, and attentive support from first contact through onboarding.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Assess candidates through screens and interviews, recommend them to hiring managers, lead hiring team debriefs, and guide teams to confident final decisions.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Leverage Greenhouse ATS and other recruiting technology, including AI-driven tools, to manage candidate records, streamline workflows, and keep hiring managers informed throughout the process.</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, media, and other channels.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Act as a brand ambassador for Concentric, representing the company externally at recruiting events, career fairs, university partnerships, and other talent engagement opportunities.</span></li>
