- Visa & Advisory Support: Assess viable visa options based on information provided by the global team, assist local HR with visa requests, and participate in calls with customers and key stakeholders.
- Operations & Administration: Manage invoice reviews for external immigration partners, handle daily administrative tasks for the Sr. Manager, Global Mobility, and maintain accurate records in internal mobility databases.
- Immigration Research: Actively monitor, research, and stay up to date with evolving international immigration updates and compliance changes.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of direct experience in immigration-related matters and visa processing.
