Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

Millions of players worldwide log into Stake and KICK every single day, and behind that scale sits us, one of Australia's top tech companies, with investment assets and vehicles spanning Australia and overseas. We are looking for a Group Head of Assets who can bring order, protection and polish to a portfolio of companies, trusts and SPVs, working directly with shareholders to keep every entity sound and built to last.

What you’ll build with us:

Designing structures that span borders and overseeing how they are governed day to day is just the start. You will guide boards through corporate actions, steer acquisitions, capital contributions, restructures and disposals, and keep trustee oversight sharp under the AFSL. Expect close ties with Legal, Tax and external advisers on every licensing and compliance matter.

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

Who is Easygo?

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.
