Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

As an Analyst at RZR, you will be a core executor responsible for hands-on campaign setup, optimization, pacing, and daily performance management across assigned accounts. You will own the accuracy, health, and outcomes of your campaigns, working closely with leads and cross-functional partners to drive measurable client impact.

This role is built for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accountability, speed, and clear communication matter. You will contribute to real outcomes from day one — not just support them.

Key Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution end to end: setup, QA, launch, and ongoing pacing management
• Monitor key performance metrics daily including pacing, fraud rates, creative performance, and delivery health
• Respond to system alerts, pacing issues, and Customer Success inquiries within defined SLAs
• Execute optimizations and testing strategies with support from leads and managers to improve performance and client outcomes
• Document all tests and experiments — setup, methodology, and results — in organized formats
• Provide clear, structured performance updates to managers and Customer Success teams
• Send proactive communication on campaign health, risks, and pacing changes without waiting for a prompt
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain thorough logs of issues, actions, and handoffs
• Support peer analysts by reviewing work, troubleshooting issues, and providing coverage when needed

Required Skills and Experience

Must-Have

• At least 2 years of hands-on analytics experience
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
• Foundational proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis
• High attention to detail with pride in execution quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with BI or data tools such as ClickHouse, Sisense, or similar platforms
• Exposure to campaign management, performance marketing, or mobile advertising

Why Join RZR?

• High-performance, high-ownership culture — you will take direct accountability for campaign outcomes across your assigned accounts from day one, not just support someone else's work
• Build deep technical and analytical skills — with hands-on mentorship from experienced analysts and leads across a global team
• Exposure to adtech, machine learning, and large-scale campaign analytics — RZR's platform operates at massive scale and uses ML-driven optimization across UA, retargeting, and CTV campaigns
