About Eridan

Eridan connects the robots powering the physical AI era. It's how we're delivering on our mission: connect the planet to empower a sustainable, shared future. Our patented transmitter delivers the fast, reliable wireless that robots depend on, while transforming the economics of connectivity, slashing costs and energy footprint by 10x at a global scale. Beyond robotics, our private 5G networks serve campuses, cities, industry, and defense. From our headquarters in Sunnyvale to our office in Zagreb, we're a team that owns our work, speaks candidly, and moves with focus and urgency. Learn more about our missionhere.

About the Role

Build the end-to-end networks that connect today's robots and power the physical AI era.

We're looking for a Solution Engineer to join our Solutions team and own integrations between partner CU/DU stacks and Eridan's RU. You'll be the technical face of Eridan to our integration partners: explaining requirements, configuring and debugging systems, and validating that end-to-end performance is optimal, from the core all the way down to the radio. This isn't a coding role, but you'll live on the Linux command line. It's a systems role for someone who understands every part of a disaggregated RAN well enough to make them all talk to each other. The networks you bring up and validate are the ones robots, autonomous vehicles and smart factories will rely on, where latency and reliability decide whether a machine keeps moving.

You'll split your time roughly 85% in our lab and 15% in the field, with the opportunity to travel to partner and customer sites, including internationally.

What you'll do

• Bring systems online. Lead end-to-end Open RAN bring-up (core, SMO, CU, DU, RU). Validate new software, devices, and advanced radio variants (e.g., 4T4R, 100 MHz) in lab and field settings. Partner with internal Software and R&D teams to integrate features and build new system capabilities.
• Prove performance across the whole chain. Validate core → CU → DU → RU → UE performance against RF and network parameters, in the lab and in the field, including latency- and uplink-sensitive use cases like robotics and teleoperation.
• Own partner integrations end to end. Run projects on your own, from first technical exchange to a complete, optimized integration. Work directly with partner engineers to explain requirements, drive debugging and keep things moving.
• Debug at every layer. Track down issues across Linux systems, network switching and fronthaul, and RAN configuration, with tools from Keysight to Wireshark.

Why you'll love working here

• Build the wireless technology that connects robots and powers the physical AI era, with real impact on global infrastructure
• Work where AI meets wireless, from robotics to AI-native networks (AI-RAN)
• See your work ship: on our lean team, there are no layers between your ideas and the product
• Grow your career on a team that owns its work, speaks candidly, and celebrates progress together
• Pre-IPO equity
• 401(k) with automatic match
• Health, vision, and dental insurance
