<p>As an Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant, you will lead and optimize end‑to‑end Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes within Oracle Cloud ERP environments. In this role, you will serve as the day‑to‑day functional process lead, working closely with project, finance, and accounting stakeholders to assess current‑state processes, evaluate legacy configurations, identify gaps, and deliver Oracle Cloud PPM solutions that improve project execution, costing, billing, and performance.</p>
<p>You will collaborate across functional, technical, and client teams to gather requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, define future‑state processes, determine Oracle Cloud configuration approaches, and create functional design specifications for RICE components. You will also support data migration, integrations, system testing, and compliance activities while troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvements across the PPM landscape.</p>
<p>Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules—including Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, Budgetary Controls, and Project Performance Reporting—is essential for success in this role.</p>
