Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused General Laborers to support daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading, material handling, packing, and housekeeping. This hands-on role helps keep materials organized and warehouse activities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials in designated areas.

• Assist with receiving, sorting, picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.

• Check material quantities and report visible damage or discrepancies.

• Support basic inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.

• Keep aisles, loading areas, and workstations clean and clear.

• Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment only as trained and authorized.

• Support other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to follow work instructions and communicate with team members.

• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to perform physically active warehouse duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Commitment to safe material handling and required PPE use.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, general labor, manufacturing, or material-handling experience.

• Familiarity with picking, packing, RF scanners, or pallet jacks.

• Forklift experience or OSHA safety training.

• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin skills are a plus.
