• Proficiency with databases such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and MySQL.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and elevate code quality, with a demonstrated commitment to expanding that practice as the tooling evolves.
• Expertise in applying design best practices, including performance, scalability, robustness, and resiliency.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple overlapping projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex, cross-functional projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Effective collaboration with product, design, QA, DevOps, and back-end engineering partners across varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong understanding of system-wide impacts and interdependencies across products, teams, and the broader organisation.
• Ability to contribute to technical direction, improve engineering practices, and identify opportunities for thoughtful modernisation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex product environment.
