• You see the big picture, not just isolated pieces: You excel at building coherent visual universes, connecting the strategic core directly to retail shelves and every space around them.

• Consumer Goods (CPG/FMCG) is your natural habitat: You bring seasoned senior experience (10+ years) across food, beverage, personal care, beauty, or home care, backed by a portfolio rich in complete brand ecosystems and real-world packaging.

• Fluency in spoken English is second nature: You lead client conversations, present and defend creative concepts, and collaborate directly with global teams with confidence, nuance, and autonomy.

This might not be the right timing if:

• Your work leans heavily into single design outputs (e.g., exclusively B2B corporate identity, purely advertising campaigns, or UI/digital-only products).

• You haven't yet had substantial hands-on experience designing consumer packaging for physical retail shelves.

• Presenting, workshopping, and defending creative rationale live in English still feels out of your comfort zone.
