• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to assess opportunities, surface tradeoffs, and lead solution design efforts across people, process, technology, governance, and AI-enabled ways of working. Translate business strategies and transformation recommendations into scalable workflows, business processes, next best actions and seller guidance frameworks that improve seller effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Technology teams to identify and implement systems, tooling, automation, and AI-enabled workflow improvements that increase productivity and improve the seller experience.
• Model AI-first ways of working by actively using AI to increase the speed, quality, and impact of your own work while identifying opportunities to embed AI into seller workflows and business processes.

• Equip field leaders, enablement teams and other key stakeholders with the tools, processes, workflows, and guidance required to activate and reinforce new ways of working across regions and segments.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Business Operations teams to define success measures, KPIs, and adoption metrics; leverage data and insights to evaluate business impact, identify gaps, and continuously improve solutions.
• Communicate transformation outcomes, business impact, and ROI to executive stakeholders, helping build awareness, alignment, and confidence in strategic investments and new ways of working.
