Turn marketing strategy into campaigns, journeys and experiences that move customers through the funnel.

We’re strentgthen our Growth Marketing functions and looking for someone who enjoys being close to the execution – turning ideas and customer insights into campaigns, automated journeys and communication that reach the right audience at the right time.

At AutoProff, we’re changing the way used vehicles are traded across Europe. Every day, thousands of vehicles are bought and sold through our platform, connecting professional car dealers across markets.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can move comfortably between different areas of marketing, but with particular strength in lifecycle marketing, HubSpot and automation.

You’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing Lead and colleagues across Marketing, Sales and RevOps to turn our growth strategy into action.

About the role

As our new Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll join our Marketing team and be based in Copenhagen.

We’re building our Growth Marketing capability, and this role will complement our Growth Marketing Lead with a strong focus on execution. You’ll take strategic direction and customer insights and turn them into campaigns, journeys and automated communication across the customer lifecycle.

A big part of your work will happen in HubSpot. You’ll build and optimise workflows, audience segments, nurture flows and lifecycle communication, while using data and customer behaviour to understand what works and where we can improve.

The role goes beyond HubSpot, though. You’ll work across different marketing areas and collaborate closely with Content, Design, Sales, RevOps and other teams to get initiatives from idea to execution.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute lifecycle and growth marketing campaigns across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Build, manage and optimise automated customer journeys, workflows and nurture flows in HubSpot.
• Translate marketing strategy, audience insights and business priorities into campaigns and communication.
• Work with segmentation and customer data to make communication more relevant and timely.
• Test and improve messaging, journeys and campaigns based on performance and customer behaviour.
• Track key funnel metrics and use insights to continuously improve activities.
• Work across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Content and Design to take initiatives from idea through to execution.
• Explore how automation and AI can improve our marketing workflows and customer communication.

What we’re looking for

We imagine you have experience within growth, lifecycle, CRM or marketing automation and are used to taking marketing initiatives from idea to execution.

More specifically, we’re looking for someone with:

• 4+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform – ideally including workflows, segmentation, lifecycle communication and campaign execution.
• Experience planning and executing lifecycle, CRM, demand generation or growth marketing activities.
• A good understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation and the acquisition funnel.
• Confidence working with data and using performance insights to improve campaigns and journeys.
• Experience working across different marketing disciplines and with stakeholders across the business.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to keep several initiatives moving at the same time.
• Excellent Danish and English communication skills.

Beyond your experience, we’re looking for someone who is hands-on, structured and comfortable moving between different areas of marketing. You don’t need to be the specialist in everything, but you should be comfortable getting into the details and making things happen.

Nice to have

It’s a plus, but not a requirement, if you have experience with:

• B2B, SaaS or marketplace businesses.
• In-product communication or customer onboarding journeys.
• AI tools and automation within marketing workflows.
• Additional European languages, particularly German.
