Job Description

Help Shape the Future of Consumer Health

We're looking for a creative, digitally savvy, and hands-on consumer marketer to help bring our health and wellness brands to life.

This is a role for builders. You'll personally create content, experiment with new ideas and technologies, and help shape how consumers discover, understand, and shop for our products. You'll work across multiple consumer brands and digital channels, combining creative judgment, consumer insight, ecommerce expertise, and AI-powered tools to create content that captures attention, communicates product differentiation, and drives engagement and conversion.

What You'll Do

Create Consumer Content That Converts

• Develop consumer-facing digital content across multiple health and wellness brands and channels, including ecommerce, DTC websites, social media, CRM/email, paid media and organic content.
• Personally create and adapt content across formats, including digital imagery, ecommerce assets, social content, video, product education, advertising copy and other consumer-facing creative.
• Create and optimize ecommerce content across Amazon, DTC websites and other digital retail environments, including PDP copy, imagery, video, enhanced content and conversion-focused product storytelling.
• Translate consumer insights, product benefits and brand positioning into simple, compelling content that helps consumers understand why a product is right for them.
• Adapt strong ideas across channels and formats to increase both the quality and volume of content we produce.

Use AI and Creative Technology to Make Better Content, Faster

• Use AI and other creative technologies to accelerate ideation, creation, editing, personalization, optimization and repurposing.
• Personally work with digital creative tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar platforms to develop and refine content.
• Stay current on emerging AI, content and digital marketing tools, experimenting with new capabilities rather than relying solely on established ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to use technology and automation to improve both content effectiveness and team productivity.

Build, Collaborate and Optimize

• Help shape each brand's voice, creative expression and digital presence.
• Work hands-on while also partnering with agencies, creators, influencers, affiliates and freelancers to bring larger initiatives to life.
• Provide clear creative direction and briefs to external partners and improve or refine work when needed.
• Manage content workflows from ideation through review, approval and launch.
• Use ecommerce, SEO, social and performance insights to continuously improve content.
• Help identify what should be created in-house versus where specialized external support will produce a better result.

This Is a Hands-On Role

We're looking for someone who is as comfortable making as they are managing.

You'll personally create and refine content while also directing agencies, creators and other external partners. If your experience has primarily involved briefing and managing agencies rather than personally creating digital content, this is unlikely to be the right role for you.

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience developing consumer-facing digital content for consumer brands, ideally in consumer health, wellness, beauty, personal care, food/beverage, ecommerce, DTC or another consumer-driven category.
• Demonstrated experience creating content designed to influence consumer consideration, conversion and purchase, rather than primarily corporate communications or editorial content.
• Strong portfolio showing work you personally created or played a substantial hands-on role in developing across multiple digital formats.
• Experience with ecommerce and digital product storytelling, ideally including Amazon, DTC websites, retailer product pages or other conversion-focused digital environments.
• Strong creative judgment with an understanding of how imagery, video, copy, product education, creators and differentiated claims work together to influence consumer preference.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex product or health information for consumers.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-enabled content creation tools and hands-on creative platforms such as Canva, Adobe or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SEO, social platforms, content management systems, ecommerce and analytics.
• Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution.
• Curious, adaptable and energized by new ideas, technologies and consumer trends.

Why This Role Is Different

• Work across multiple consumer health and wellness brands rather than a single brand or channel.
• Have meaningful creative ownership and visibility from day one.
• Create work that reaches consumers across Amazon, brand websites, social media, CRM, advertising and other digital touchpoints.
• Experiment with emerging AI and creative technologies and help shape how we use them.
• Work across strategy and execution.
• Spend more time building and creating than managing.

You'll Thrive Here If...

• You love making things and can show us what you've made.
• You think like a consumer marketer, not a corporate communicator.
• You enjoy figuring out what will make someone stop, engage, understand and ultimately take action.
• You use AI as a creative partner and productivity tool, not a shortcut.
• You have strong creative instincts but are equally interested in what actually performs.
• You're comfortable learning new tools and experimenting with new ways of working.
• You can move between doing the work yourself and getting great work from others.
• You care deeply about understanding consumers and want to build work you're proud to share.

We would love to see your creativity! Attach a digital portfolio of your work (sample) along with your resume.
