Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

RZR is hiring an HR Business Partner in Las Vegas to partner with our Senior US HRBP in driving people initiatives across our US teams. You will shape and roll out programs that move retention, performance, manager capability, and engagement — owning key workstreams from design through execution and measurement.

You will also serve as the day-to-day people partner for assigned US client groups, handling performance management, employee relations, lifecycle events, and multi-state compliance. This role sits at the intersection of strategic program work and hands-on partnership: you are not running a ticket queue, you are helping build the people infrastructure that scales the US business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic People Initiatives

• Partner with the Senior US HRBP to plan and deliver US people initiatives including retention, manager capability, engagement, and talent planning
• Own defined initiative workstreams end to end: project plans, stakeholder alignment, rollout, and tracking results
• Use people data to identify where initiatives are needed and to measure whether they are working
• Run the US side of performance, comp, and goal-setting cycles, ensuring managers deliver on time and with quality

People Partnership

• Own HR partnership for assigned US client groups, acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees
• Coach managers through performance conversations and documentation, steering toward clear expectations and timely decisions
• Manage employee relations cases end to end, including investigations, documentation, and resolution

Lifecycle and Compliance

• Own US onboarding and offboarding execution in line with RZR's frameworks and policies
• Partner on offer construction, comp inputs, and pay equity checks for US roles
• Own US multi-state employment compliance for your population, including Nevada requirements, leave administration, mandatory training, and required postings
• Keep BambooHR data accurate for your population and use it for reporting

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years in HRBP, People Partner, or senior HR Generalist roles, with at least 2 years as the primary partner to a business unit or set of leaders
• Track record delivering people initiatives or programs with measurable outcomes, not only running processes as handed to you
• Hands-on ownership of US employee relations cases, including investigations and terminations, with sound judgment on risk
• Working knowledge of US federal and multi-state employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, state leave and pay rules); Nevada experience strongly preferred
• Track record of coaching managers through performance issues to a decision without defaulting to a PIP
• Comfortable using people data to make a case, in an HRIS (BambooHR preferred) and spreadsheets

Nice to have:

• Experience in ad tech, gaming, or another fast-growing tech company
• Experience working as part of a small HRBP team covering a business together
• Exposure to global or multi-region HR teams, including EOR-employed populations
• SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR / SPHR

The RZR Code

Our Values

Our values define the company we want to be. They guide the decisions we make, the environment we create, and how we treat customers and each other.

• Win with Customers: We don't call it a win unless our clients win too. We earn long-term trust by putting their success at the center.
• One Team: No team wins when the company loses. We optimize for the company, not our function.
• Challenge with Respect: We say what we think and challenge ideas regardless of title. We are direct without being disrespectful.
• Learn Forward: Thoughtful experiments can fail; failing to learn from them cannot. Share what you learn.

Our Competencies

Our competencies define what we expect from each of us. They describe the behaviors and capabilities we demonstrate in our day-to-day work.

• Extreme Ownership: Own the outcome end to end, including problems you didn't create.
• Courage: Speak up, make hard calls, and take thoughtful risks.
• Move Fast: Act with urgency and decide with the information available.
• Curiosity: Ask why, look for better ways, and keep learning.
• Drive for Excellence: Set a high bar for quality and keep raising it.
• Deliver Results: Focus on outcomes that move the business forward.
• Proactive Communication: Share information early, before anyone has to ask.
• Manage Ambiguity: Make progress when the path isn't clear.
