ABOUT THE ROLE

Gap International is creating a new digital experience designed to extend the impact of our work. The vision is established. Now we are looking for an exceptional Product Lead to help make it real.

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will work closely with Gap’s senior leadership to translate an ambitious vision into a compelling digital product, bringing together experience design, technology, content, customer insight, and external partners.

Leadership holds the vision. You will lead the work of turning that vision into an experience people can see, use, and return to.

ABOUT GAP INTERNATIONAL

Gap International is a global performance consulting company that works with executives and their organizations to produce extraordinary business results in an ever-changing marketplace. For nearly 50 years, we’ve helped leaders articulate and fulfill the boldest possible future for their business — creating breakthrough outcomes and aligning the organization’s actions to be consistent with that future.

Our work spans 65 countries and has reached more than 50,000 executives across 1,500 organizations, from Fortune 1000 companies to entrepreneurs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Turn vision into product. Translate the vision into a clear product strategy, experience, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead from 0 to 1. Move rapidly from ideas to prototypes, testing, learning, MVP, and launch.
• Shape the experience and continued engagement.
• Transform content into experience.
• Bring the right people together. Lead across creative, technology, content, customer engagement, and external partners to create one coherent experience.
• Drive choices and momentum. Establish priorities, make trade-offs, clear obstacles, and keep the work moving toward tangible outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in digital product leadership, product management, digital experience, innovation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in business, technology, design, or a related field a plus.
• Proven experience building and launching digital products or experiences from 0 to 1—including prototyping, user testing, MVP development, and launch, and leading across design, technology, content, customer engagement, and business.
• Experience in digital transformation, customer experience, innovation, or technology-enabled products and services, with understanding of personalization, digital engagement, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.

WHY THIS ROLE

This is not an established product waiting to be managed. It is an opportunity waiting to be built. For the right product leader, this is a chance to take a distinctive body of thinking, an ambitious vision, and decades of experience helping people and organizations produce extraordinary results and create an entirely new way for people to experience it.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a builder who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution.

You bring:

• Exceptional product judgment and an instinct for turning ambitious ideas into simple, powerful experiences
• Comfort working closely with senior executives and visionaries
• The ability to create clarity and momentum in situations where not all the answers are known

Most importantly, you know how to bring structure without bureaucracy, challenge thinking without needing to own the vision, and turn possibility into something real.
